Amanda Rigby is Vice President at CRA, based in the Chicago office.
Ms. Rigby is a strategic executive with deep expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, global investigations, and governance. She leads internal investigations for boards and companies on topics including financial misstatements; OFAC, FCPA and other regulatory inquiries; workplace compliance and misconduct; gender discrimination; and equal pay. In addition, Ms. Rigby designs and implements comprehensive business solutions related to risk, compliance and business operations.
With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Rigby serves companies and law firms in more than 30 countries. Her Fortune 500 and financial institution clients span a diverse array of industries, including pharmaceuticals, health care, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, private equity, agriculture and energy.
