Ann McDermott has more than 20 years of economic consulting experience, specializing in damages and business valuation, antitrust, and intellectual property, with particular expertise in agriculture and agribusiness.

Ms. McDermott has testified frequently in state and federal courts, as well as in mediations and arbitrations, as an expert in economic damages and business valuation in agriculture and agribusiness.  Her engagements are often focused on the economic valuation of lost or damaged agricultural assets.  In addition, she has led teams for other experts preparing testimony for legal and regulatory settings on antitrust and intellectual property issues in industries including agriculture, auto retailing, telecommunications, and semiconductors.
