He has been consulting to energy clients for 45 years. His experience has focused on corporate strategy, strategic planning, resource planning, supply planning, electric restructuring, asset positioning, power and coal market assessments, coal and transportation contracting, risk integrated resource and fuel planning, and risk quantification. He has also been an expert witness on contracts, regulatory, damages, and market matters.
Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Vicinus was a consultant to Siemens.
