With 35 years of diverse energy and financial industry experience, Mr. Rakebrand brings unique insight to energy issues and trends. His clients include energy companies across all sectors, government agencies, utilities, developers (midstream and generation), and ISOs/Power Authorities.
Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Rakebrand was Director, Energy and Power Investment Banking for Wells Fargo Securities. He was also with Kinder Morgan, ICF International, Iroquois Pipeline, and the Long Island Lighting Company. Responsibilities included strategic planning, M&A, asset valuations, joint venture development, market analysis, contracting strategies, operations analysis and tariff, rate and regulatory matters.
