Mark Glick has more than 20 years of experience as an economist, lawyer, and expert witness.
He specializes in antitrust, intellectual property damages, commercial damages, and law and economics issues. His law and economics research focuses on forensic economics and economics, finance, and accounting in the courtroom. Dr. Glick was formerly of counsel with Parsons Behle & Latimer.
Dr. Glick teaches antitrust law, antitrust economics, and law and economics at the University of Utah. He has written many articles in the areas of intellectual property damages, antitrust economics and law for industry publications such as The Antitrust Bulletin and The Review of Industrial Organization. Dr. Glick co-authored the book, “Intellectual Property Damages: Guidelines and Analysis.” He is a member of the New York and Utah State Bar associations.
