James C. Burrows

Vice Chairman

Dr. James C. Burrows has extensive experience as a consultant and as a testifying expert in matters involving antitrust and mergers, damages and valuation, international arbitration, international trade, environmental impact analysis, and other areas of economics and finance.

He has expertise in a wide range of industries and markets, such as natural resources (including metals and minerals), energy, agriculture, chemicals, real estate, and transportation, among others.

Prior to resuming his consulting work, Dr. Burrows founded CRA’s metals and minerals practice, led CRA’s expert testimony and litigation services practice, and then served as President and CEO of CRA for fifteen years.

Dr. Burrows authored or co-authored six books and a number of academic articles.
