Neal has more than 18 years of experience working with senior executives in the Americas, Asia, and Europe in advisory capacity. He has played an interim role on client operating boards and executive committees of many clients. He has advised clients on enterprise strategy, organisational design and effectiveness, portfolio coherence, resource allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and new markets entry. He has been a guest lecturer at the London Business School, authored several articles, and been a contributor to the Financial Times andTelegraph on topics of Management.
