Richard Razgaitis

Senior Advisor

Dr. Richard Razgaitis has 40 years of experience working with the development, commercialization, and strategic management of technology, more than 25 of which have been spent specializing in the commercialization of intellectual property.

He has valued and negotiated numerous licenses in a wide range of technology areas, markets, territories, and deal types and sizes. He is the author of four books on valuation and negotiation/dealmaking (published by John Wiley and Sons), four extended book chapters (published by AUTM, LESI, and the Centre for the Management of IP in Health Research and Development), and four annual survey papers on the state of the licensing industry (published in les Nouvelles). He is a long time board member of the Licensing Executives Society and a former president of the Licensing Foundation, former Board member of the National Inventors Hall of Fame.
