CRA Research Leveling Chart
What we look for
CRA consultants share a common aim – to deliver high-quality results to our clients while collaborating and learning from each other. Our senior staff have diverse backgrounds, effectively lead teams, develop and manage client relationships, manage multiple projects, and ensure work meets timely deadlines. As a firm leader, we’ll expect you to design the overall analytical framework for consulting projects; provide training and technical supervision to junior staff members; participate in business development efforts; and serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective relationships with them.
What to expect
Kira Gordon, Life Sciences Principal
“CRA is an inherently team-based firm. No matter your role – from the most junior Analyst up through VP – everyone is contributing to their project teams in a very hands-on way, which makes for a really collaborative atmosphere.”
Monica Noether, Antitrust & Competition Economics Vice President
“From the adrenaline rush that comes from the high stakes and tight deadlines of a major litigation, to the luxury of access to great data and tools with which to analyze them – the work is engaging and intellectually stimulating.”
Knight Sukthaworn, Energy Associate Principal
“CRA is a firm that trusts its consultants to have the autonomy to explore new ideas and solutions – the success of which is enhanced by the collaborative culture and access to deep expertise across the firm.”
