Gary Lawson is a director at Marakon based in the London office. Mr. Lawson specializes in the design and delivery of strategic transformation execution, comprising portfolios and programs of change, often involving significant technology or systems enablement.
He has helped numerous clients launch new products and services to market and improve operational performance across a range of industries including energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and financial services.
During his time with his last employer, PA Consulting Group, he was responsible for securing the largest private sector contracts for the firm and was global lead for the firm’s Implementation practice and cost-out proposition. Prior to joining PA Consulting, Mr. Lawson was a civil engineer, working in the construction industry as both a consulting engineer and contractor on iconic projects including the Channel Tunnel, building the new M40 motorway and the Millennium Dome core site works in Greenwich.
