CRA’s newest ERG, Mosaic@CRA celebrates the rich and growing diversity that exists in our firm and gives our Black, Hispanic, Native American, and Pacific Islander team members a forum to share their experiences and ideas for how to foster a more inclusive workplace for all.

Mosaic@CRA’s activities include:

  • Launching a social media campaign to highlight the voices and perspectives of Hispanic/Latino team members in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
  • Hosting a fireside chat with Sarah Echohawk, member of the Pawnee Nation and CEO of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), as part of CRA’s celebration of Native American Heritage Month.
  • Creating a donation-matching campaign to benefit victims of Hurricanes Fiona and Ian (in Puerto Rico and Florida, respectively), as well as the devastating flooding in Pakistan.
  • Participating in several initiatives aimed at broadening our recruiting efforts—with a focus on identifying talented students from historically marginalized communities.

We believe Mosaic@CRA has the potential to be a true force for good within our firm, helping us strengthen (and broaden) our DE&I efforts while offering team members a space where they can celebrate their authentic selves.
