Over the past three years, the ongoing pandemic has spurred us to redefine what employee health and wellness really mean. At CRA, we’ve taken that challenge to heart, striving to adapt our workplace to fit the needs of our team members across the globe.
Throughout 2022, as employees returned to the office, CRA launched various successful initiatives and programs catering to the physical, financial and mental health needs of our team members. Alongside our monthly 30-minute meditation and stretch sessions, we also offered over 37 wellness workshops, where colleagues learned about topics ranging from financial wellness and cooking to the science behind obtaining a good night’s sleep. Our wellness challenges and wellness incentives program through Virgin Pulse added an extra boost of motivation.
As the world moves towards a new norm in 2023, CRA is ready to tackle any challenges that might arise. We’re also excited to introduce several new ideas for maintaining a healthy lifestyle at work and at home.
