CRA assesses over 1,000 databases for potential relevance

CRA was engaged by a major financial services firm, faced with multiple discovery requests related to litigation matters stemming from the mortgage-backed securities crisis. CRA professionals coordinated with client personnel and counsel to assess over 1,000 databases for potential relevance. Our experts then assisted with the identification, collection, and extraction of these databases from client systems. Using a custom-built solution, we facilitated keyword search and subsequent attorney review. By using our extensive knowledge of structured data and information systems, we helped our client produce responsive information in a variety of different formats in an automated, accurate, and cost-effective manner. This allowed the client to meet stringent court deadlines in lawsuits across the country.
