For a U.S. mining company, CRA assisted with due diligence and acquisition of an industrial minerals company. We assessed the market outlook for the target company’s mineral products as well as intermaterial competition in the future and its impact on projected future market share for the target company’s products and competitive position. As part of the due diligence effort, CRA was intensely involved with site visits, facilities evaluations, and assessment of business strategies and business plans of the target company.
