Challenge: Conduct due-diligence support for potential acquisition in the communications subsystems market, focusing on U.S. opportunities and positioning.
Solution: CRA reviewed offering memorandum, surveyed customers, and conducted conference calls with management of the target company.  We also reviewed DoD budget documents, program plans, and client competitors.  Our analysis demonstrated that the target company’s market opportunity was robust and that with increased resources the target should be able to capture a growing share of the market.
