A major aluminum company was interested in identifying acquisition targets to build and grow its aluminum extrusions businesses. The client asked CRA to identify possible logical target companies. We assessed the extrusion process capabilities of many companies, their technical strengths and weaknesses, and their marketing and product advantages, and various other issues, to calibrate the best candidates for our client to consider for its acquisition.
