A premier aircraft MRO provider needed to develop a new strategy against an anti-competitive contractor.
Challenge: Assist client in dealing with the anticompetitive behavior of a contractor with whom the client had served as a subcontractor.
Solution: CRA reviewed FAR documentation, identified precedents, and developed and executed a strategy to communicate with key Pentagon and DoD stakeholders.  Our client was successful in countering the potential anti competitive action by the prime and retained a contract vital to their survival in the U.S. market.
