A global military systems integrator required assistance with its base realignment and closure (BRAC) strategy development.
Challenge: Identify opportunities to increase revenues in overhaul and maintenance partnerships with federal military depots.
Solution: CRA undertook evaluations of military installations in California, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Kentucky. We also conducted a federal military budget analysis and reviewed statutory and regulatory barriers to working with or competing against federal depots. CRA’s investigations resulted in a series of strategic action plans for a number of DoD installations. Our client was then fully prepared to activate these plans as strategic opportunities or risks arose.
