A global weapons/aerospace systems provider needed a supplier survey to help with their acquisition planning.
Challenge: Scan multiple aerospace sectors for notable suppliers, identifying potential M&A candidates.
Solution: CRA identified and created “snapshots” of over 200 notable suppliers in over 20 sectors of interest to the client, identifying approximately one-third as potential current or future acquisition candidates. The client used the list to select a small group of targets to investigate and pursue in earnest.
