CRA’s Tiago Duarte-Silva joins ChIAC Board of Directors

Tiago Duarte-Silva has been appointed to the Chicago International Arbitration Center’s (ChIAC) Board of Directors.

ChIAC promotes the effective use of arbitration globally and domestically, and supports Chicago’s development as a cost-effective, convenient, and pro-arbitration hub for dispute resolution. 

Tiago is a testifying expert on damages, valuation, and accounting issues in international arbitration, complex commercial litigation, and securities disputes. His appointment reflects CRA’s continued commitment to the international arbitration community and to the independent expert analysis that complex cross-border disputes require, including economic, financial, accounting, industry, market, and quantum analysis. 

About ChIAC 

ChIAC was formed by leaders in the international arbitration community in Chicago, including external and in-house counsel, arbitrators, judges and academics. The Board consists of 17 leaders in the arbitration community.

In addition to hosting hearings, ChIAC will serve as a hub for thought leadership, education, training and collaboration in alternative dispute resolution, working closely with leading law firms, consulting organizations and academic institutions to promote and enhance alternative dispute resolution.
