Mr. Milinda (Billy) Muttiah is an Associate Principal in the Life Science Practice with more than 20 years of experience at Charles River Associates.
Mr. Muttiah has worked on a broad range of cases involving securities litigation, international arbitration, contract disputes, tax litigation, business valuation and management consulting. He is proficient in financial and business modeling, market multiple analysis, financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, fixed income analysis, option pricing, and risk analysis. He has also advised companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring activities. In the life sciences sector, he has assessed damages in commercial disputes related breach of contracts.
