Jennifer Kordell

Since December 2013, Ms. Kordell has led our global Human Capital department, overseeing recruiting, training and development, benefits, employee relations, and HR analytics. She is also a frequent internal and external speaker on strategic and operational human capital topics. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Talent Acquisition and Development and was responsible for firm-wide learning and development as well as senior-level recruiting. She previously served as Corporate Director of Operations, working with corporate and practice leadership on strategy and management information reporting. The first part of Ms. Kordell’s career was in consulting, joining CRA in 2001 as a consultant in our Energy practice before joining the Intellectual Property practice. She also held consulting roles at Putnam Hayes and Bartlett and at Bain and Company.
