Transfer Pricing Practice

Practice overview

The Transfer Pricing group has been engaged by multinational corporations, law firms, tax consultants, and tax authorities around the world to help them navigate the ever-changing transfer pricing landscape and to advise in disputes. We work in an array of industries including technology, life sciences and energy. Our work requires a detailed understanding of multinational corporations’ global value chains, which is carried into deliverables such as IP valuations, cross-border reorganizations, tax compliance documentation, and litigation assistance.
