Where do we work?

CRA has offices throughout the world, but – as our name suggests – we started near the Charles River in Boston, Massachusetts, where we maintain our headquarters today.

How can I apply?

All of our open positions are listed by location here. Each job posting lists the specific requirements to apply to the position but all will require your resume and a cover letter.

How do I find out the status of my application?

After applying you will receive an email that your application has been received. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will then email you if your experience and qualifications match the requirements of the position.

Where can I find information about your upcoming undergraduate recruiting events?

CRA recruits at several schools in the US and UK. Please click here to be redirected our campus recruiting page, which outlines the schools and events we will attend.

What should I expect from the undergraduate on-campus interview process?

Specific interview processes vary by office and practice group. First round interview will either be on-campus or virtual. The second round interviews generally take place in one of our offices where you will interview with several CRA consultants and meet with colleagues for a coffee or lunch to get to know us better.

I have an advanced degree; what positions should I apply for?

Typically, those with an advanced degree should apply for positions at the Consulting Associate level and above.

I’m interested in the internship program, where can I apply?

Internship opportunities are typically posted on our website in mid-August. Internship recruiting typically concludes in March.

Are internships paid?

Yes, our internships are paid positions.

How much are junior staff expected to travel?

It varies by practice, but typically our junior staff work out of their home office.

Are you attorneys? Do I need to have a law background?

No, we are not attorneys and you do not need to have law background in order to apply. In many of our cases, our clients are attorneys.
