CRA provided an expert opinion on damages in a breach of contract arbitration concerning certain work performed by a subcontractor during the development of a vaccine candidate. CRA quantified the plaintiff’s lost investment and its losses attributable the diminution in value of the vaccine candidate due to delayed clinical development and approval.
