CRA provided analysis and expert opinion on damages for a diversified Fortune 100 company in a theft of trade secrets litigation related to adhesive and precision coating technology. After developing an understanding of the various trade secrets that were alleged to have been misappropriated, CRA experts quantified damages based, in part, upon the results of a license fee resulting from a hypothetical negotiation for the rights to the technology assuming the negotiation took place at the time of the misappropriation.
