Assessment of aluminum EC rod

CRA assisted a foreign producer of aluminum EC rod in an antidumping action brought by a major American aluminum rod producer. This required a detailed assessment of the structure of the North American wire rod and aluminum wire business and the cost implications to US wire producers of using primarily US EC aluminum rod as a feedstock for wire production.
