CRA assisted a leading manufacturer of plastic containers in a patent infringement lawsuit in which a major issue was determining the incidence of infringement of products in the target population. Using sophisticated multi-stage probability sampling techniques, CRA calculated statistically reliable estimates of the percentage of accused products that infringed each of the patents-insuit.
