Chevron-Ecuador oil spill damages analysis

A CRA expert was the director of CRA’s work for Chevron with respect to alleged damages to the Ecuador economy resulting from the Texaco oil spill. The CRA team focused on the use of a macro-economic model to quantify the economic costs to Ecuador of the oil spill.
