Designing a playbook for value-based contracting

Client Issue

Our client sought to prepare a playbook to guide internal planning activities and customer outreach for innovative (particularly, value-based) contracting agreements across therapy areas.

CRA Approach

We leveraged internal CRA experience and expertise in global and U.S.-based innovative contracting and value-based care. Our expertise was collated with client information on contracting frameworks and customer interest and we built processes and checklists to drive internal alignment and account team activities.

Client Impact

The Playbook is currently in use to track and pursue opportunities, and capture best practices.
