Due diligence in acquisition of international master alloy producer

For a Canadian corporation, CRA was retained to provide due diligence assistance in the acquisition of an international master alloy producer. As part of the due diligence effort, we were involved in evaluation of the target company’s information to interpret the operating plan of the company. The study was done over a period of three weeks, with particular emphasis on assessment of competitive position and market outlook for the target company.
