Duke Energy Ohio, Inc. (DEO) retained CRA to design and implement a request for proposal (RFP) process for the provision of retail electric generation service to DEO’s Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) customers. In addition to developing and managing the process, CRA assisted DEO in its regulatory filings before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
