CRA was retained to evaluate a survey conducted by the counterparty’s expert regarding the product characteristics and specifications that were factors in consumers’ purchasing decisions of large, high-end computer servers. CRA conducted various statistical analyses of the survey data to determine the importance of certain purchase drivers in the context of consumers’ overall decision-making process. CRA’s expert presented these analyses to rebut the position of the counterparty’s expert regarding the drivers of consumer demand.
