CRA supported Channel Ten in the context of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)’s informal merger investigation of Foxtel’s acquisition of 15% of Channel Ten. CRA’s work included the preparation of an expert report on the effects of the transaction that was submitted to the ACCC and presentation of the report to the ACCC. The ACCC cleared the transaction.
