CRA was engaged by a mid-market medical devices product company to perform an updated global transfer pricing planning study.
The study involved the benchmarking, implementation, and documentation of a variety of distribution and management services transactions. In addition, CRA assisted management with the update of a global management fee cost allocation model so that the appropriate charges could be accurately determined and the pricing policies properly adhered to.
The benchmarking analyses addressed operations in various geographic areas, including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific (including Australia & New Zealand).
CRA prepared the global planning study, as well as OECD Master File and Local File compliant documentation post-implementation.
