As part of a litigation counterclaim, a US city retained CRA to investigate the contingent rent payments reported by the owners of a music and live entertainment amphitheater. CRA found underpaid rent from ticket sales, concessions, merchandising, and sponsorship revenue. Our findings ultimately resulted in a dismissal of the amphitheater’s owner’s claim and an eight-figure settlement was paid to the city.
