CRA was retained by a satellite television company to rebut the cable channel plaintiff ’s $100 million economic damage claim related to alleged lost license fees from a subscriber promotion by the satellite company. The CRA expert identified significant contractual and economic flaws in the plaintiff’s claim. As a result of the testimony of CRA’s expert, the plaintiff agreed to dismiss its claims.
