CRA was retained by Fortune 100 specialty retailer to assist with an ongoing EEOC investigation of promotion outcomes at the company’s headquarter location. CRA multiple alternative analyses of promotion decisions as a result of large population changes and headquarter reorganization over the period at issue. CRA presented the findings during a client facilitated meeting with the EEOC investigator and research team, and responded to EEOC questions regarding the underlying data and analyses. We assisted counsel with on-going correspondence with the EEOC concerning client data and analysis.
