CRA’s labor and employment experts reviewed data on employees’ visits to client locations.

Using data that recorded the address information of each visiting location and GPS data on where each visit was recorded, we found that employees were logging visits from sites far from their visiting locations—sometimes recording their visits from their homes. The client used this analysis to reach a favorable settlement.
