David DesLauriers is an instructor for this course on the fundamentals of federal transmission rate regulation and service-based rate setting as applied today. Participants will review key statutes, identify how to prepare, defend, or oppose a transmission rate filing, discuss recent FERC initiatives and how those initiatives may impact transmission rates and service in the future, and participate in a rate-setting exercise. The EUCI is authorized to offer IACET and CPE credits for this course.
