Morgan Magionos and the drafting team present the session titled “International Internal and Government Investigations.”
The panel of drafting team members will lead a dialogue on their draft of a second edition of the International Investigations Principles (“IIP 2.0”). IIP 2.0 includes practical and current guidance for issues not addressed in the original International Investigations Principles, updates where necessary, and refreshed guidance addressing the changing data privacy and technology landscape, such as: 1) the inclusion of criminal investigations; 2) renewed strategies for complying with the GDPR and other data privacy regulations; 3) and the impact of AI and other current, applicable technologies.
