CRA is pleased to announce that Chris Rucinski has joined the company as a Vice President in the Forensic Services Practice.

He joins a multidisciplinary team of forensic experts known for their analytical rigor and deep client commitment.”

His ability to analyze complex software, source code, and hardware in the context of contract, copyright, patent, and trade secret disputes makes him a uniquely powerful resource for clients confronting sophisticated forensic and technical challenges.”
Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Rucinski was a Managing Director at a litigation consulting firm specializing in intellectual property matters, including trade secret disputes related to software and technology. He was previously a Vice President at a consulting and technical services firm, specializing in digital forensics, electronic discovery, cybercrime response, and investigations.
Mr. Rucinski has a BA in Computer Science from Princeton University and is a GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE).
