Chris Rucinski joins CRA's Forensic Services Practice

CRA is pleased to announce that Chris Rucinski has joined the company as a Vice President in the Forensic Services Practice.

“We are delighted to welcome Chris to CRA,” said Paul Maleh, President and Chief Executive Officer of Charles River Associates. “With 15 years of experience at the intersection of intellectual property and complex technology disputes, Chris enhances our ability to advise clients and counsel in the resolution of high-stakes litigation. He joins a multidisciplinary team of forensic experts known for their analytical rigor and deep client commitment.”

Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Rucinski was a Managing Director at a litigation consulting firm specializing in intellectual property matters, including trade secret disputes related to software and technology. He was previously a Vice President at a consulting and technical services firm, specializing in digital forensics, electronic discovery, cybercrime response, and investigations.

Mr. Rucinski has a BA in Computer Science from Princeton University and is a GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE).
