Filing trends
- Section 10(b) and Section 11 filings totaled 48 during the second quarter of 2026, 14% more than in the same period in 2025 and 11% less than in the same period in 2024.
- Of those, 5 filings had Section 11 claims in the second quarter of 2026, more than in the same period in 2025 (3 filings) and 2024 (2 filings).
