Dr. Alina Kovalenko is an associate principal in the Antitrust & Competition Practice, specializing in merger cases and antitrust litigation matters.
She has extensive experience working with large-scale datasets and developing applied econometric models. She has directed teams and provided consulting support in a wide variety of industries, including medical devices, hospitals, health insurance, consumer goods, technology platforms, transportation, and mining.
Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Kovalenko was a senior associate at a leading economic consulting firm, where she specialized in antitrust and healthcare matters. She received her PhD in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Her research on labor-related topics has been published in the American Economic Journal: Applied Economics.
