Benoît Voudon is an associate principal in the European Competition Practice in London, and is a microeconomist, with an expertise in theoretical industrial organisation.

Dr. Voudon’s expertise spans different sectors including container handling equipment, virtualisation software, packaging services, protein processing and petrochemicals. He has worked on Phase 1 and Phase 2 mergers as an economics adviser at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

Prior to joining CRA, he worked as an economist for a competition economics consultancy and provided economic analysis on mergers before the CMA, European Commission, as well as other national competition authorities.

Dr. Voudon holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris, Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE (France). His working languages are English and French.
