As a principal in CRA’s Antitrust and Competition Economics Practice Diana Saenz has experience evaluating antitrust claims relating to price fixing and exclusionary conduct, and performing economic and statistical analyses of employment practices in support of clients’ internal goals in areas such as compensation, hiring, and termination.

Her practice spans a number of industries, including automotive, agricultural products, healthcare, and financial markets.

Diana’s specialties include statistical analysis of sales and employment data, SAS programming and management of large databases, public policy research, and conjoint survey design.
