Eliza Tierney
Eliza Tierney is an associate principal in CRA’s Energy Practice with over a decade of experience in the energy industry.
At CRA, Eliza has led and contributed to projects related to the procurement of generating assets, energy and capacity contracts, and default service procurements for electric utilities. Her work involves close collaboration with utilities, competitive suppliers, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
Eliza has extensive experience advising clients on investment decisions across a range of asset types including renewables, storage, thermal generation, and emerging technologies. Eliza has also contributed to high-impact initiatives in sales channel development, helping organizations enhance market transparency, improve operational efficiency, and scale revenue generation—supporting annual sales ranging from several million to over a billion dollars.
Eliza holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
