Emilie Bartels

Associate Principal

Emilie Bartels is an associate principal at Charles River Associates’ European Competition Practice in Sydney.

Since joining CRA in 2021, Emilie has advised on mergers in front of the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority, the European Commission, and other national competition authorities. She also as experience in abuse of dominance cases. Emilie has worked across a range of industries including technology, payments, real estate, beverages, and travel. Emilie is fluent in English and Dutch.

Emilie holds a master’s degree in both economics and law, with a specialisation in the field of competition and regulation.
