Kim Hartley

Principal

Kim Hartley is a principal in CRA’s Forensic Services Practice, specializing in forensic and cyber investigations.

She has worked on a variety of projects, including damages analysis in class action litigation and commercial disputes, audit defense and accounting malpractice support, expert witness support, fraud investigations, and discovery support involving document management and production. Additionally, she has worked on high profile investigative and compliance matters providing services in the areas of forensic accounting and data incident response in a variety of industries.

Kim served as a professional adviser in one of the largest, multi-year accounting malpractice cases in history working on behalf of a Big Four accounting firm that performed financial statement audits for a large, publicly traded health care company.
