Dr. Marianne Bernatzky is an associate principal in the Antitrust & Competition Practice of CRA. She specializes in merger and antitrust litigation matters.
She has vast experience working with large datasets as well as performing applied econometric analyses. She has supported experts and assisted clients in a wide variety of industries, including fuels, banking, automotive, and technology.
Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Bernatzky was an associate at a leading economic consulting firm, where she worked on various matters, including antitrust and competition, product liability, intellectual property, and opioids litigation. She received her PhD in Economics from Yale University.
